• Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

2. Returns & Refunds

• Customers have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

• The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

• Refunds will be processed only after the item is received and inspected at our store.

3. Important Rules Regarding Returns

• If you return the item directly to our shop, any coupons issued with the purchase will be deactivated.

• Returned items are not eligible for our Mega Contest or any ongoing promotional contests.

• Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your original payment method.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Items that are personalized, damaged due to misuse, or missing original packaging cannot be returned.
