1. Order Cancellation
You can request to cancel your order before it is shipped.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

2. Returns & Refunds
Customers have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

Refunds will be processed only after the item is received and inspected at our store.

3. Important Rules Regarding Returns
If you return the item directly to our shop, any coupons issued with the purchase will be deactivated.

Returned items are not eligible for our Mega Contest or any ongoing promotional contests.

Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your original payment method.

4. Non-Returnable Items
Items that are personalized, damaged due to misuse, or missing original packaging cannot be returned.
